I started my career as a medical doctor, working 4.5 years in emergency medicine in different hospitals in the canton of Zurich. After just four years, I became an Oberärztin (chief resident)—an achievement that seemed like undeniable success from the outside. But inside, I felt empty and unsatisfied. I made the difficult decision to quit medicine and embark on a journey to discover who I am and what I truly want.

That exploration led me to leadership and organizational consulting. In 2018, I joined aergon, where I spent over seven years working my way up from consultant to managing partner. For the past two years, I assumed the role of a managing partner led teams and guided organizations through complex transformations, helping leaders and teams align, connect, and thrive.

At VORA, I bring both my professional expertise and my own experience of transformation to help leaders and organizations unlock their potential. I believe meaningful change starts with the courage to ask hard questions—and the support to navigate the answers.
